Risk Points and Quality Control Measures in Sample Management During Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract: Sample management is an important link in food inspection and detection, and standardized sample management is the prerequisite to ensure the authenticity, effectiveness and accuracy of inspection data.Sample management runs through many links such as sample colection,transportation,reception, storage, inspection and subsequent disposal.This paper mainlyanalyzes the possble risk points in sample management,and puts forward effective quality control measures,aiming to further ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of inspection and detection data,and provide reference for inspection and detection institutions to strengthen quality management.
