畜牧养殖环节食品安全风险防控策略
Abstract: This article starts with the identification of risk points in the breeding process,systematically analyzesthe causes of risks in feed and feed additives,veterinarydrug use,breeding environment,animal disease prevention and control, and proposes prevention and control strategies such as establishing a feed safety control system, standardizing the veterinary drug use proces, optimizing breeding environment management, strengthening comprehensive disease prevention and control in response to the problems. It aims to provide practical guidance forstrengthening the food safety defense line in the livestock breeding process and promote the development ofthe breeding industry towards standardization, normalization and safety.
