Problems and Control Measures in the Detection of Mycotoxin Contamination in Rice

Abstract： This paper focuses on the detection of mycotoxin contamination in rice，analyzes the problems existing in the current detection process，such as inspectors’ insuffcient competence，improper maintenance of detection equipment， inadequate control of detection environment， and poor applicability of detection methods， and proposes control measures such as enhancing the comprehensive ability of detection personnel， improving the maintenance system of detection equipment， strictly controling the detection environment， and optimizing the selectionand verification of detection methods.Itaims to enhance the detection level of mycotoxin contamination in rice and ensure the quality and safety of rice.
