基层食品监督抽检工作问题与完善途径分析

Abstract： Grassroots food supervision and sampling inspection is a crucial component of food safety assurance， playing a key role in safeguarding public health and regulating industry order. However，current practices face challenges suchas insuffcient coverage，lagging technical support， weak regulatorycapacity，and lowcoordination efficiency. To address these issues， this paper proposes four improvement approaches： optimizing sampling plans to enhance precision，strengthening technical support to overcome bottlenecks，reinforcing regulatory capacity to improve professional competence，and establishing collaborative mechanisms to enhance social supervision.The aim is to provide feasible pathways for grasroots food safety governance and to consolidate the food safety regulatory framework from“farm to table".
