Abstract: Rowing is an endurance sport with extremely high physical demands. Athletes consume a huge amount of energy during long periods of high-intensity rowing.A scientific and reasonable nutritional diet is crucial forthetraining effect,competition performanceand physical function recoveryofrowers.This article,in light of the characteristics ofrowing,elaborates on the dietaryand nutritional features of rowers,analyzes the reasons for the unreasonable dietary nutrition of rowers,and puts forward reasonable dietary and nutritional suggestions for rowers. The aim is to help rowers optimize their nutritional intake, maintain good physical condition andcompetitive level, and thereby achieve excellent results in training and competitions.
