Abstract： The application of intelligent technology in the review of prepackaged food labels can increase the effciency of prepackaged food label review by 5 to 10 times，raise the accuracy rate to over 99% ，and at the same time achieve traceabilityofreview data and early warning ofrisks，providing technical support for labelcompliance management and regulatory collaboration in the food industry.This article focuses on the application of intelligent technology in the label review of prepackaged food，systematicalyanalyzes the specific application practices of artificial intelligence imagerecognition，natural language processng，bigdata，and blockchain technologyilabel visual compliance detection， text information verification，audit data management，and risk warning.Atthe same time，it elaborates on the implementation path of intelligent review by combining application cases from enterprises and regulatory ends.
