镇原县一起误食野生蘑菇食物中毒的流行病学调查分析
Abstract: Objective: To clarify the epidemiological characteristics of food poisoning incidents caused by consumingwild mushrooms,analyze thecausesand paternsoftheincidents,andprovideascientificbasis for the preventionand controlofsimilar incidents.Method:Acombined approachoffield epidemiologicalinvestigation,fod hygiene nvestigation and morphological identification wasadopted to systematicallycolect and analyze the clinical manifestations of patients,basic information of cases and types of poisoned mushrooms.Result:This incident was caused by poisoning from Lepiota brunneoincarnata,involving a total of 4 patients.The main clinical manifestations Were nausea,vomiting and diarrhea.The age range of the patients was from l yearand 1O months to 53 years old, including 3 males and 1 female. The incubation period ranges from 7 h to 38h ,with an average incubation period of 22.5h. After symptomatic treatment, all the patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital. Conclusion: This incident is a typical case of poisoning from mistakenly consuming wild poisonous mushrooms.To safeguard public health,it is necessary to further improve the early warning mechanism for wild mushroom consumption, strengthen publicity and education work,and enhance the public's awareness of risk prevention,so as to effctively prevent poisoning incidents caused by toxic mushrooms.
