Abstract: Objective: To statisticall analyze the food safety risk monitoring results of Hengzhou city, Guangxi from 2022 to 2O24,clarify the sources ofhazard factors,and provide a scientific basis for establishing a food safety risk asessment system and preventing foodborne diseases.Method: In accordance with the requirements of the Work Manual for Risk Monitoring of Food Contaminationand Harmful Factors in Guangxi,atotal of336food samples from10 categories in Hengzhou city from 2022 to 2024 were collcted to test the relevant microbial indicators. Result: Among 336 food samples,atotal of 72 positive samples were detected, with an overalldetection rate of 21.43% ,and a total of 85 strains of foodborne pathogenic bacteria were isolated. Among them,the detection rate in aquatic products was the highest (34.29%) ), followed by meat (25.00%) , student meals (23.53%) ,eggs (10.00%) , cooked food (5.56%) ,and grain products (5.41%) ).From 2022 to 2024,a total of 22 food poisoning incidents occurred in Hengzhou city. Among them, 10 cases (45.45%) were directly related to foodborne pathogenic bacteria, and 9 cases (40.91%) )were suspected pathogenic bacteria incidents.By year, the detection rate was 18.18% in 2022, 5.68% in 2023,and roseto 37.07% in 2024, showing a clear upward trend. Conclusion: The problem of foodborne pathogenic bacteria contamination in Hengzhou city is prominent. It is necessry to strengthen the supervision and inspection of aquatic products,meat and school canteens,improve thecontrol of food business entities,and reduce the risk of foodborne disease transmission.
