Research Progress on Functional Active Components and Nutritional Value of Wampee

Abstract: Wampee is not only popular for its unique sweet and sour flavor,but also increasingly attracting researchers'atentionforitsrichnutritionalvalueandpotentialmedicinal benefits.Thisarticlesystematicallyreviews the functional active ingredients such as alkaloids,coumarins, volatile oils contained in wampee,and summarizes the antioxidant, digestivesystem regulating,and hypoglycemic efects of wampee.The aim is to provide scientific support and theoretical guidance for the deep comprehensive development and high-value utilization of wampee in functional foods,health products,and other felds.
