Abstract: With the rapid advancement of information technology,the supervision of food safety in hospital neurocritical care units has entered anew stageof transformationand innovation.This articleconducts an in-depth analysis of the current status of food safety supervision in neurocritical care units,including the special dietary characteristics of patients,the numerous challenges faced by supervision,and the limitationsof existing supervision models.It elaborates on the applicationof blockchain technology in food traceability,the application of internet of things technologyinreal-time monitoring,and theapplication of big data and artificial inteligence technology in risk predictionandanalysis,and proposes information development countermeasures suchas building a ful-process food traceabilitysystem,establishing areal-time monitoringandearly warning mechanism,developing an inteligent recipe and personalized diet system,and building a food hygiene knowledge training platform,aiming to improve the effciencyoffood safetysupervision in the neurocriticalcareunit through information technology means,reduce food safety risks,and ensure the dietary health and safety of patients with neurocritical conditions.
