Abstract: As an important economic crop and traditional beverage in China, the qualityand safety of tea directly relate to consumer health,the sustainable developmentof the industry,andthecompetitiveness ininternationaltrade. This paper systematicaly analyzes the key influencing factors in the process of tea qualityand safetydetection and proposes targeted control strategies,aiming toprovide theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the level of tea quality and safety detection and ensuring the quality and safety of tea.
