The Problems and Countermeasures of High School Teacher Training in County Areas under the Background of New Quality Productivity

AbstractTherearecertainlimitations inresourcesandconepts forthetraining ofcounty-levelhighschoolteachers, which restrict the improvementof teacherquality and the development of educational quality.Therefore,how to optimizethe training ofhighschool teachers incounties underthe backgroundofnewquality productivityhasbecome an urgent problem to be solved.The article explores the problems of insufficient innovation in training content,single training methods,and uneven distribution of training resources faced bycounty-level high schoolteachers under the background ofnew quality productivity.It also proposes countermeasures such as introducing digital training content, adopting hybrid training methods,and establishing a training resource sharing platform,aiming to enhance teachers' professional quality and innovation ability,and promote the continuous improvement of education quality.
