Research on Teaching Reform of Modern Property Management Major under the Background of New Productive Forces

AbstractNew quality productivity promotes the transformation and upgrading of the property management industry from labor-intensive to technologyand knowledge intensive，requiring practitioners to possess diversified knowledge structures，intellgent technologyapplicationcapabilities，and innovative service awarenesstoadapt toindustrychanges and social demands.The article takes the teaching of moder property management major at Hunan Urban Construction Vocational College asanexample，analyzes the shortcomings in currnt teaching，and proposes multidimensionalreform strategies such as optimizing the curriculumsystem，improving practicalteaching，cultivating teaching staffinnovating evaluation mechanisms，and deepening schoolenterprise cooperation to promote the improvement ofteaching quality and cultivate high-quality compound property management talents for the future.
