AbstractHow toensure thequalityoftalentcultivationunderthe situationofexpanding enrollmentis currentlyakeyissue ofconcenforuniversities.Thequalityof tesisisanimportantreflectionofthequalityoftalentcultivation.Takingacertain engineering collge of Xinjiang Agricultural University asan example，this article summarizes thequality and existing problems ofthesis based ontheresultsofblindreviewand sampling in previous years.It analyzes th factors thatafect the quality of thesis from the perspectives of graduate students，supervisors，and coleges，and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve thequalityof thesis from the aspects of improving the qualityof student sources，implementing supervisorresponsibilities，strengthening academic norms，enhancing innovation capabilities，and improving ncentive systems.This is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of graduate education.
