Difficulties and Breakthrough Paths in the Construction of Industrial Colleges in Vocational Colleges under the Background of New Quality Productivity

AbstractAgainst the backgroundofnew productive forces，the construction of industrycolleges in higher vocational collges is an important path to promote the integration of industry and education and serve regional economic development.Based on the elaboration of new productive forces and industry coleges， this paper points out the dilemmas in the construction of industrycolleges in higher vocationalcolleges under the background ofnew productive forces： failure to grasp the needs of new productive forces，leading to unclear talent training objectives of industry collges; failure to meet the requirements ofnew productive forces，resulting in imperfect talent operation mechanisms of industry collges; and failure to align with the relationships of new productive forces，causing insuficient synergy between industry collges and industries.In response， this paper proposes the paths forconstructing industrycolleges in higher vocational collges under the background of new productive forces： based on the needs of new productive forces，clarify the talent training objectives of industry colleges; grasp the requirements of new productive forces， improve theoperation mechanism of industrycollege construction; align with the relationships of new productive forces， and promote the synergy between industry colleges and industries.
