Research on the Reconstruction of Preschool Education Curriculum System in Higher Vocational Education Driven by Vocational Competence

AbstractWith the deepening of inclusive policies for preschool education,the requirements for teachers'abilities in kindergartens have shifted from single skilloperation to professonal ethics practice,homeschool education, emergency response,and soon. However, the traditionalcurrculumsystem stillfaces problems such as strict disciplinarybariers, repetitive and redundant content,and weak practical teaching,which makes it dificult for graduates to adapt to the dynamic needsofchildare practice.Especially inthe context of digital transformation,thedemand foremergingabilities sucha talent integrationeducationsupportand digitalresource development inkindergartens has significantly increased. However,theupdating of curriculum content in vocational colleges lags behind and the evaluation mechanism is rigid, makingitdifcultoachieveeffectiveconnectionbetweenvocationalstandardsandteachingstandards.Theresearchaims to explore the reconstruction path of vocational competence oriented preschool education curriculum system in higher vocational coleges, inorder to provide valuable references for the reconstruction of preschool education curriculum system in higher vocational colleges.
