AbstractBased on the global industrial intelligent transformation and the "Manufacturing Powerhouse 2035" strategy, this paper takes the "Chuyi" spiritof"patriotism,seeking knowledge,entrepreneurship,and developing industry" as the coreofculturalgoverance,constructsa"value-ability-ecology"thre-circleintegrationmodel,andinnovates the"spiit guidance - competition drive - industry-education symbiosis" mechanism. By decoding the coupling path between the Hunan"pragmatism for practical use"geneand thenew industrialization demands,it proposes the modularcurriculum reconstruction logicof "post-course-competition-certificate"collaborationand theecological teaching transformation strategy. It reveals the dual-cycle mechanism of teachers'ability and the innovation of industry-education system, constructs a moder vocational educationparadigm withdualadaptationofcultureand technology,and formsatheoretical and practical system supporting the development of new productive forces.

在全球产业格局深度重构与智能技术集群爆发的双重驱动下,职业教育作为支撑“制造强国2035"战略的核心教育类型,亟须以中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的意见》提出的“坚持以教促产、以产助教、产教融合、产学合作,延伸教育链、服务产业链、支撑供应链、打造人才链、提升价值链,推动形成同市场需求相适应、同产业结构相匹配的现代职业教育结构和区域布局”为行动纲领,通过构建“精神引领一竞赛驱动一产教共生"的融合机制实现教育供给侧与产业需求侧的动态平衡。(剩余4426字)
