Practical Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Case-based Teaching Method in Economic Law Courses

AbstractIn the teaching ofEconomic Law courses,thecase teaching method is of great significance for cultivating students'legalapplicationability.However,inpractice,this method faces dilemmassuchasinsufficientcaseresources, difficulty incontroling the teaching process,and imperfect evaluationand feedback system. Bydeeply analyzing these problems, this paper proposes optimization paths including constructing a"thre-stage dynamic" case resource system, innovatinga"dual-subject interaction"teaching model, establishinga "whole-processvalue-added" evaluationand fedback system,and strengthening teachers'case teaching ability.These paths aim to improve the application effect of the case teaching method in Economic Law courses,and help students beter master Economic Law knowledge and practical skills.
