Analysis of Student Self-Management Ability Cultivation Paths in the New Media Environment

Abstract The rapid development of the new media environment is profoundly changing contemporary students' learning methods and living habits,presenting both new opportunities and challenges for cultivating students' selfmanagement abilities.This paper colects data on students'new media usage and self-management ability status at Yuncheng Vocational and Technical University through questionnairesand in-depth interviews.It conducts multidimensionalanalysis from perspectives including students'self-cognition,leaming plan execution,and media literacy, identifying problems incultivating students'self-management abilities in the new media environment.The paper proposes targeted cultivation paths including building digital self-learning platforms,optimizing media literacy educationcourses,innovating blended management models,andimproving evaluation systems.These approaches aim to enhance students'self-management abilities in the new media environment and strengthen the comprehensive educational effect of vocational and technical education.
