Comparative Study of Sensitivity Transfer Theory and Cognitive-Behavioral Theory in the Intervention of College Students' Social Anxiety

AbstractSocial anxiety is highly prevalent among colege students,seriously affecting their academic performance and social adaptation.Basedonsensitivitytransfer theoryandcognitive-behavioral theory,this paperconductsacomparative analysis of their theoretical foundations,intervention mechanisms,and interventionefects insocial anxietyintervention. Sensitivitytransfer theory emphasizes the sensitive traits formed by individuals'early social experiences and their transfer mechanisms. Itreduces emotionalsensitivitythrough mindfulnesstraining,self-compasion,etc.,and issuitable for individuals withintenseemotionalreactionsandlowself-evaluation.Cognitive-behavioraltheoryonthetherhandfocuses onidentifying andcorrecting iationalbeliefs,andreduces social anxiety bycombining cognitive restructuring,exposure therapy,andsocialskilstraining,whichissuitableforthosewithsignificantcognitivebiasesandbehavioral withdrawal. Empiricalstudieshaveshowthatbothinterventionapproachescaneffectivelyalleviatecollegestudents'socialanxietywith complementarymechanismsandsignificantefects.Basedonthis,athree-stage integrated pathof"emotionalstabilization一 cognitiverctilfoet"soodditggedtatealiol intelligencetchnologyanduversitypsychologicalservicersources tobuildapreciseandsystematicinterventiontem.
