Research on the Collaborative Development of University Campus Culture Construction and Student Management Work

AbstractIn the new era， innovation in student management inuniversitiesand the construction of campus culture are complementary and mutuall reinforcing： innovation in student management can provide strong support forcampus culture construction，and campus cultureconstructioncaninject momentum intostudent management work.The articleanalyzes the historicalcontextandcurrentchallenges ofthecollaborativedevelopmentofthetwo，pointingout thatcurrentcollborative practicesface multidimensional chalenges such asconceptual conflicts，resource misalignments，mechanism deficiencies， and nsuffcientsubjectcapabilities.Solutionsare proposed from four aspects：conceptual adjustment，resoure restructuring， mechanism optimization，andcapacityenhancement，aiming topromote the constructionofacolaborative ecosystem in universities that combines cultural warmth and management effectiveness.
