Exploration on the Integration of Labor Education and Ideological and Political Education in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsman Spirit

AbstractVocational education shoulders the important mission ofcultivating high-quality skiled talents for society. Starting from the perspective of craftsmanship spirit， thisarticle analyzes the endogenous logic of labor education and ideological and political education，exploresthe practical diffculties faced by vocationalcolleges in theprocess of collaborativeeducation between the two，and proposes corresponding integration paths，in order to strengthen the dual goals of value gudance and skillcultivation，and assist vocational collges in implementing the fundamental task of moral education.
