AbstractAgainst the backdrop of the current economic structural transformationand upgrading，as wellas the increasingly complex employment situation，how to effectively enhance the employment competitivenessof vocational college students hasbecomeanimportantresearchtopic inthe fieldofvocationaleducation.Asaninnovative educational model，the integration of industryand education has builtatalentcultivation system that combines theoryand practice by integrating industrial and educational resources， providing new ideas forsolving structuralcontradictions in employment. Based onthis，the article willexplore indepth the strategies forenhancing theemployment competitiveness ofvocational collge students fromthe perspectiveofindustryeducation integration fromtwodimensions： theoreticalconnotationand practical path， in order to provide theoretical reference for promoting vocational education reform.
