AbstractPharmacology courses have thecharacteristics of abundant theoretical knowledge content and tight teaching time.It is dificult to cultivate students'comprehensive qualities solely through traditional first classroom teaching. Conductingsecondclassroomteachingpracticeandorganicallycombining it withthefirstclassroomcannotonlypromote and supplement the teaching content of the first classroom,enrich teaching forms,but also improve students' comprehensive qualities and abilities.The purpose of this article is to explore the application of the concept of "drug deliveryandrational action"intheconstruction of pharmacologysecond clasroomsand its impacton teaching reform. Through lectures,knowledge competitions,science popularizationcompetitions,and medicationdebunking competitions, weaim to stimulate students'interest inleaming,cultivatetheir teamwork and practicalabilities,enhancetheirinnovative thinking andsenseofsocialresponsibility,and provide reference for furtherdeepening theconstructionofpharmacology discipline and teaching mode reform in the future.
