Abstract"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate" serves asa crucial approach inthecurrnt vocational education system for buildinga training mechanism ofcompoundtechnicaland skiled talents.Within this framework,as apublic basic course,English teaching needs toshift from traditional language knowledge transmision to post-orientedand ability-generation-oriented modes. Centering on the educational philosophyof integrating "Post-Course-CompetitionCertificate",this paper takes the College English Test BandBas theresearch carrier and proposes four practical strategies:strengtheningthedualcultivationofstudents'learning abilityand examination-taking ability,promoting the construction of integrated curriculum content of "course-certificate-competition", implementing modular examination guidance and preparation support,and reshaping the teaching evaluation mechanism.These strategies aim to enhance students'Englishapplicationabilityandthepassngrateofthelevelexamination,providingpathreferencesandpractical bases for the reconstruction of higher vocational English courses.
