Research on the Construction of Employment Ability Structure Model for College Students Majoring in Higher Vocational E-commerce

AbstractWiththerapid developmentofthedigital economy，thee-commerce industryhasanincreasingdemand for high-quality technical and skilledtalents，but the employmentabilitycultivation ofcollege students majoring in higher vocationale-commerce is stilloutof touch with the market demand.This paper takes the marketdemand asthe guidance， constructs the employment ability structure model of college students majoring in higher vocational e-commerce， establishes the demand analysis database bycollcting the enterprise demand information from therecruitment website， refinesthecore elements of theemployment abilitybyusingthemodeling methodof therooted theory，andconstructs the employmentabilitystructuremodel，which is aimedat promoting theaccurate matching between thecultivationoftalents in colleges and universities and the market demand.
