Three Dimensions of Integrating Huxiang Craftsman Spirit into "Micro-Ideological and Political" Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractIntegrating the Huxiang craftsman spirit into the "micro-ideological and political" education in higher vocational coleges is an important measure to implement the fundamental task offostering virtue through education, innovate the form ofideologicaland political education,and serve the local economic and social development,which is of great significance for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.From the value dimension,it is necessry to scientifically grasp the connotation of the Huxiang craftsman spirit and deepen the significance of integration; fromtherealistic dimension,itisessential toaccuratelyunderstand the type orientationof vocational educationandclarifytherequirements forintegration;fromthepracticaldimension,itisimportanttosystematically graspthecharacteristicsof"micro-ideologicalandpolitical"educationandexplore theintegrationpath.Specifically,it is required to focus onvocationalneeds to create "micro-content",take inteligentcommunicationas thecore to build a "micro-matrix",and take skil experience as a breakthrough to enhance "micro-interaction". These efforts aim to effectively improve the systematicness,pertinence,and efectiveness of integrating the Huxiang craftsman spirit, construct anal-round,multi-level,and three-dimensional integrationsystem,and truly internalize theHuxiang craftsman spirit into students' spiritual pursuit and externalize it into their conscious actions.
