AbstractUnder thepromotionof information technologyineducationalmanagement，digital technologiesrepresented by artificial intelligence，big data，and the Internet of Things are reshaping the management of universities with unprecedented breadthand depth，giving rise tonew formsof precise，intelligent，and humanized student affairs management.The article analyzes the new forms and demands ofdigital intellgence technology in promoting innovation incollege student management.Inresponsetothecuent bottenecks，itproposes tobuildarefined，intellient，and humanized student management model with a data center as the core，ability cultivation as the starting point，and institutional protectionasthe foundation.Thisprovides actionable，replicable，and promotable ideasandreferences for optimizing student services and improving the quality and eficiency of education.
