Research on the Construction Path of Rule of Law Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Digital Humanities

AbstractThis paper aims to explore the effective pathways for higher vocational collges to construct and advance the cultivation of legal culture withinthe digital humanities perspective. Amidstthe rapid developmentof information technologyandtheadventof the digital era，digital humanities offersa novelperspectiveand tools forthe inovation and development of legal culture in higher vocational colleges.This research topic caries significant implications， including responding to national legal strategies，nurturing legal talents， deepening legal education，enhancing educational outcomes，and fostering the integrationof digital humanities and legal culture.Basedonthese foundations， this paper focuses on twoviablepathways for theconstructionoflegal culture inhigher vocationalcoleges：firstly，the establishment of adigital legal education resource library;and secondly，the improvement of the evaluation and feedback mechanism for legal education.
