Design of Eddy Current Testing System for 301 Ultra-Thin Stainless Steel

(Colege of Automation Enginering,Nanjing Universityof Aeronauticsand Astronautics,Nanjing 2111o6,China) Abstract:To overcome the difficulty in testing the mechanical properties of ultra - thin stainless steel plate,this paper designsahigh一performanceeddycurrent detection system.The DFToperation isconducted basedonAD5933 detection system,which quicklycalculates the amplitude and phase incomparison withthe traditional multi-frequency impedance analyzer. Based on this,the tensile strength of 0.3mm301 stainless steel is successfully predicted using LSTM model. The results show that thesystemcan efectively solvethe mechanical propertydetection problems of ultra一thin stainless steel plate,providing a new program for its performance detection.
