Abstract:To overcome the weakness of data management in civil aircraft additive manufacturing,the terminology concepts of classic elements such as aditive human, machine, material, method,environment,and measurement were standardized,and thecorresponding dataatributesandlogical relationships between termswere established through ontology baseddata management methods.Aunified data architecture to store and manage new manufacturing data was established.Knowledge extraction of structured historical manufacturing data was performed by mapping method. Combined with knowledge graph construction technology,multi一source heterogeneous data was fused to develop an easily traceable and machine-readable knowledge graph for typical aditive manufacturing scenarios for one一stop semantic queries and data traceability analysis.
