ZHANG Jichao,LIU Haodong,SUN Wenkai,LIU Mingyi,GAO Yuan (Xiongan New Area Power SupplyCompany,State Grid Hebei Electric Power Supply Co.,Ltd.,Xiongan O71699,China) Abstract: A solution based on IEC 62351-7 Network and System Management (NSM) was proposed to address the securitymonitoring issues of IEC 6185O substations.The aim wasto achieve real一time detection and identification of anomaliesand network attacks through theapplicationofdeep learning frameworksandNSMdata objects.Adetailed substation model was constructed,including power components,protection devices,control schemes,communication protocols,andNSM applications.A two-stepdeep learning framework was integrated for anomaly detection and network attack identification.Experimental resultsshowed that the proposed method effectively detected GOOSE protocol injection and delay attacks,with F1 scores exceeding 0.98.
