Abstract：Based on the analysis of tasks and current status in aircraft repairing，this paper puts forward an operation mode combiningpulsating assembly lineanddigital technology.Bydigitizingalltheresourcesandfactorsrelatedto the production process，an integrated data control platform and business system are established，theprocess flow is reconstructed based on structured processdocuments，and an inteligent logistics，warehousing and distribution system is built.Theproposed mode integrates the conceptof lean production to realize the organic combinationof process flow， information flowandlogistics inthe whole productionprocess，anditspilot application showsthesignificant improvement in production eficiency and management level of final assembly work in aircraft repairing.
