Abstract:Anon-coontact measurement method based on laser ranging isproposed forthe coaxiality measurementof internal spline一bevelgear.Laserdisplacementsensorand spectralconfocal sensorareappliedtoobtainthedata pointsof diferent sections of the measured parts,thecenter point coordinates ofeach measured sectionarecalculated acording to theleastsquare method,andfited togainreferenceaxis,andthereference axis equationof theinternalsplineand the center pointcoordinatesof thebevelgeararecombined forcalculationabtaining thecoaxial erorofthebevel gearrelative to theinternal spline.In the system accuracy verification experiment,10 groups of measurement are conducted for the same internal spline-bevel gear part,with the uncertainty of the measurement system as 0.028mm and the repeated measurement error less than 0.085mm
