Abstract:A vehicle hydraulic bearing damage fault inteligent diagnosis method based on acoustic sensor long array is designed:Fault signals of vehicle hydraulic bearings arecollcted through a long arrayof acoustic sensors,and wavelet transformisapplied todenoisethecolected signals.Utilizing thedistributionandvariationcharacteristicsofvibration signal energyinvarious frequencybandsafterafault,thefaultcharacteristicsaredescribed.Awavelet packetalgorithmis designed to extract features andefectivelysuppress blind coupling interference,achieving fault diagnosisof vehicle hydraulic bearings.The test results show thatthe proposed method can significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio of vehicle hydraulic bearing damage fault signals,with amplitudes fluctuating between 0.1-0.2mV ,and the fault diagnosis accuracy consistently exceeding 90% in different experimental environments,which indicates that the proposed method is of high technical level and application value.
