Abstract:Todeal with thedificultyof resource integration,deployment,and managementand controlinthedistributed manufacturing processof traditional high一end aerospace equipment,a networked collaborative manufacturing system platform for complex aerospace equipment products was designed. The system architecture was designed based on microservice concept to improve system expansion and maintenance capabilities.Edge computing technology was applied to improve thereal-timeperformance of dataperception and integration,and dep reinforcement learning algorithms wasused to solve resourceoptimization alocation problems.Thedesigned system achieves eficientunified management and dispatch of discrete resources upstream and downstream of the suply chain,laying the foundation for building an intelligent ecosystem for aerospace equipment manufacturing supply chain.
