Abstract:This paper studies theeffectsof diferent rolling process parameters on thehorizontal roughness,vertical roughness and plastic deformationof thelower filetofGH4169bolt head byorthogonaltest.Thebolts for experiment are 1 300 MPa grade GH4169 ordinary thread hexagon head bolts,whose standard number being Q/Dy1079-2012 ,with specification as M6×42-A and the fillet under the head as R=0.6mm . The roughness and deformation are characterized by laser confocal microscopy and surface shape measuring instrument,with the focus on the study of the efects of three process parameters,rollig pressure,rollig timeand rolling speed on rolling strengthening.The results showthat the primary and secondaryordrsof the influenceof rollng process parameters onthe horizontal roughness of thefietundertheboltheadare:rolling speed,rolling time,olling pressure ;the primaryand secondary effectsonthe verticalroughness are:rollng speed,rolling pressure,rollng time;the primaryand secondary effects on deformation A (20 and C are : rolling pressure,rolling speed,rolling time ;the primary and secondary effects on the deformation B and axial residual stress are :rolling pressure,rolling time,and rolling speed.
