Abstract：In order to meet the requirementof NEV gear box fastener joint position tightening，new surface treatment high strength bolt and tighten strategywas designedanddeveloped with background investigation，simulation calculation， clamp force theory calculation，incoming fastener surface optimizationand capability test，process evaluation online and ofline.Thefirst passyieldand qualitybehaviortracking verified byactual assemblyline showthat thedesignedtechnique is successful with capability of massive promotion.
