Abstract：Using tools suchas CiteSpaceand Patsnap Patent Analysis，this paperstudiestheliteratureand patent situation domesticagricultural machinery equipment.In the literaturepart，the number of publications，core authors，research institutions and research hotspots are analyzed，whilein the patent part，the aspects such asthe patentlayout，the assignees and the inventors，and the research and development hotspots are focused on.Literature research and patent applicationinChina's agriculturalmachineryandequipment industryare mainlyconcentrated inuniversitiesandresearch institutes，andthecooperationwith enterprises inpublishingliteratureorapplication topatents needs tobestrengthened. The reserch and development in the field of agricultural machinery equipment focuses onseeder，driving mechanism， control system and soon.In the future，itcan beoriented toreinforce theresearch on basic materials and common technologies，increase the proportionof invention patent layout in the fieldsofcontinuously variable transmision，power shift，agricultural sensors，etc.，and conductedtheresearch on cuting一edge technologies such as crop health management technology，developmentofcorecomponents of intellgentagriculturalmachinerycontrolers，etc.，as well as the research on the key core equipment.

别是近年来，在城镇化和人口老龄化发展趋势下，我国农村青年劳动力正在不断流失和减少，农业机械装备在自动化、智能化等方面的发展与创新，不仅有助于应对农村劳动力减少的挑战，而且对推动我国从传统农业向现代农业的转变起到关键作用，为实现乡村振兴和农业现代化提供强有力的技术支撑。（剩余9562字）
