Design and Working Parameters Optimization of Propeller CNC Polishing Machine Based on Industry-Academia Cooperation

LIU Shihao,LIN Mao,MA Qingfen (School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,Hainan University,Haikou 57O228,China) Abstract:This paper studies the structural design and working parameters optimization of propeler CNC polishing machineto approach the problems of colossal structure,inflexibilityand high production costs of parts in currnt CNC polishing machines in shipbuilding industry.Through industry一academia cooperation,the structural design of the propeler CNC polishing machine is cariedout bycombining the scientific research strengthof universities with the actual needs of enterprises.The working parameters of the CNC polishing machine are optimized to improve its polishing accuracy and production eficiency.The study is aimed at providing theoretical support for the design and aplication of the propeller CNC polishing machine.
