Abstract:Turbine blades,an important component of aircraft engine,whose tenon teeth are complex in structure,and modelingare numerous in types and time-consuming,have a significant impact on theoverallstructural design of parts and the preparation processof machining processes.Fir treeand dovetail tenon taken as examples,and in line with the dimensions and technicalrequirements of dovetail,firtree tenonand tenongroove,geometric parameterization modeling was carried out using UG/Open and Visual Studio.A rapid modeling module and batch modeling module for turbine blade tenonteeth of aireraft engines based on UG platform were developed,achieving rapid modeling of tenon teeth and providing key support for subsequent machining process modeling.
