Abstract:Toresolve the dificultyincleaning zing olive impurityadhesion insidefurnace nose dueto internal vapor suppression,especiall for ZAM products,by usual humidification gasapplication incontinuous hot一dip galvanizing productionline,anexternal circulation method for zing vapor concentrationreduction in furnace nose and zinc vapor backflow is proposed.With CFDanalysis software,a fluid dynamics numerical modelofflow field inside furnace nose is constructed,on which thereserchisconducted,and the changes lawofheat,pressre,andquality balanceofflow field insidefurnace noseundermulti一parameter influence are abtained.The simulationand on一siteapplication results demonstratethatthe external circulation methodcan effectively control thepressureincavityand suppress zinc steam backflow,which strongly supports the optimization design for the new generation of zinc ash external circulation device.
