Abstract：Given that the system'sown parameters change and environmental interference ocurs，resulting inthedificulty in meeting the requirements of high一speed sliting machines in terms of control acuracyof existing tension control system，a high一speed paper sliting machine tension control system based onself disturbance rejection control and fuzzy PID control is proposed.The results show that the tension error value of the sliting machine maintains within 0.6N， with an average error rate around 2.4% and the maximum offset angle error of the tension arm less than 0.5∘ ，which indicates thatthecontrol systemisofhigh controlaccuracyand good stability，and has excelent performance intension control，with certain theoretical and practical application value.
