Isutute Ul vuauu ngeg Λesea aug Umvesiy UI Λeuauus anu ΛsuUHauus,NaJg Ivvv,Ua Abstract:A method based on random power spectral density and sine amplitude control is proposed to cope with the dificultyin reproducingthe disturbing force caused bycontrolmoment gyroscopes during the operationof theaerospace structurein orbit in ground tests.According tothedisturbing force thatneedsto bereproduced,a sine onrandom mixed driving signalis generated bythe given random reference power spectral density and sine reference amplitudes to excite the control moment gyroscope simulation structure.The measured response signal is separated,compared with the referenceseparately,andthedriving signaliscorrectedbythecontrolalgorithmuntil theresponsesignal isconsistent withthe reference.The test result shows that the response signalof the CMG simulation structure,namely the multi - dimensional disturbing force by CMG on the aerospace structure,can be reproduced successfully.This article also proposesa new sine amplitude correction algorithm that achieves rapid correction of the amplitude of the sine response signal through an exponential function.

0 引言

航天器在轨运行时,虽然整体处于受力平衡状态,但是航天器内部的活动部件,如卫星姿态调整机构(动量轮、控制力矩陀螺等)、太阳帆板展开驱动机构、制冷机构等都会引起舱体振动,从而造成空间望远镜的成像精度下降[1-2]。(剩余6380字)
