Abstract:This paper proposes an automatic control method for hydraulic supports incoal mine working faces based on centralized control mindset.With the analysis on the distribution characteristics of multiple hydraulic support positions duringcoalcolection work,acentralizedcontrolmethodfor hydraulicsupportisdesigned basedonBPneural network. ByfullutilizationofBPneuralnetwork forthegoodlearningabilityofmulti positiondistributioncharacteristicsof hydraulic supports and the non-linear expresionabilityof support groupload distribution,theload distribution and the offsetcoeficientarejointly adjusted at diferent positions along the working face direction,andthe optimal centralized controlof multiple hydraulic supports isachieved.Itis known through experiments that theautomaticcontrolsystem for hydraulic supports incoal mine working faces using centralized control methodshas strong practicality,highreliability, and obvious advantages compared to a single control method.
