Abstract:This study employsfiniteelement analysis tooptimize the structural designof the side-swap batery box and bracket for a 90- ton electric mining truck,and analyzes its fatigue performance by combining actual working conditions. Basedon 3D modeland simulation analysis,the stress and deformation under typical working conditions areevaluated, verifying that design strength and safety margins meet the requirements.To address the fatigue damage caused by stress concentrations at the bracket base and welds,the support structure and material selection areoptimizedto further improve structure performance and service life.The experimental verification indicates that the simulation results are highly consistent with actual test results,which verifies the reliablility and rational ity of the optimized design.
