Abstract:The servo drive systemof heavy-dutyscraper faces challengesoflowdamping ratio and closed-loop stifess whentheload changes,and these characteristics willfluctuate with the displacementoftheload center of gravity and the tiltangleof the platform.Loadportindependentlevelingcontroltechnologyisadoptedtoaccuratelycontroltheoil source pressure and hydraulic pump output flow rate in real time,so as to adapt to the complex load conditions during the operation of heavy一duty scraper machines.A mathematical model is constructed to simulate the operating state and determine the criticalsuctionconditions,and anoil source pressure controlerand an adaptive flow controler based on an extended state observed are designed.The experimental results show that the heavy一dutyscraper machineexhibits good control performance and stabilityunder various loads and controlconditionsbyadopting the technolog.Especiallduring thecontrol process,thedisplacementof theproportionalvalveissignificantlyreduced,indicating thatthismethodnot only achieves precise control but also effectively reduces the energy consumption and wearof the hydraulic system.
