基于时序区间的煤矿机械设备运行故障辨识方法

Abstract:Toaddressthe problems of mutual interferenceandconfusionofcoal mine machineryand equipmentindierent failuremodesand greater dificultyin fault identificationdue tosimilar vibration or noise signals causedbymultiple faults,afault identificationmethodofcoal mine machinery equipment basedontime series interval isproposed.The information entropy algorithm is introduced to round down thedevice harmonic vibration signal,the fault signal component is colected by hierarchical sampling method,and the fault signalcomponent characteristics are mapped accordingtothetime series intervallogic theory,andthefault identification modelisbuilt.Bycalculating thefitdegree betweenfault mode and standard mode,the identification of equipment faulttype is realized.The experimental results show that the proposed method,with thefault identification erroralways being controlled below O.3,has good stability and reliability for the appliaction to actual equipment fault identification.
