Abstract:In response to the frequent failure of subway vehicle doors due to complex structures and working environments,an expert scoring method was used to determinethe keycomponents of the door,and combing with the reliabilitytheoryinRAMS,a method determining themaintenancecycleof keycomponentsof thedoorwas proposed. Based onthe probability analysis of doorfailure and expert scoring evaluation,relays,central control valves,and travel switches were determinedas the key componentsfordoor maintenance.Using Weibull reliabilityanalysis,it is recommended that relay maintenance cycle be 16O days,the central control valve maintenance cycle 18o days,and the travel switch maintenance cycle 225 days.
