纵扭超声参数对钛合金铣削加工性能的影响实验

Abstract:Ultrasonic vibration assisting machining canmeet thehigh quality requirements ofcomplex structuralparts,and whenultrasonic auxiliary technology being added for cuting,the tissue removal effect of the cutingarea can be effectivelyimproved,andtheknife—chiploadcanbetransformedthroughlongitudinalandtorsionalultrasonicvibration, which greatly improves thecontrollabilityof the process.The experiment of ultrasonicmiling of titanium alloy Ti-6Al -4V was carried out,and the efect of ultrasonic parameters on miling performance of titanium alloy was analyzed by orthogonal method.Theresultsshowthat with the increaseof longitudinalamplitude,thecharacteristicsoffluctuation changeand greaterresidualcompressivestressareformed.Whenthelongitude一torsional phase diferenceis increased, theresidualcompressive stressonthesurfacesurfaceof the materialhas asmallrfluctuationrange,showinganincrease at first and thena decrease.In order to obtain the maximum surface residual compressive stress,the optimal ultrasonic parameters were determined: longitudinal amplitude 6μm ,frequency ,phase difference 一 30∘ ,torsional amplitude 8μm . This research is helpful for improving the quality of surface machining.
